Prevent crime before it happens. Once the camera detects human or vehicle activity (within a set time schedule, within a set perimeter, or both), the camera will engage strobe lights and loud sirens to scare off intruders and alert bystanders. All Active Deterrence cameras feature a built-in microphone and speaker to allow for 2-way talk. From your mobile app. you can easily engage or disengage active deterrence.
Perimeter Intrusion & Line Crossing
Set your perimeter area or border and get notified whenever your camera detects human or vehicle activity within your custom perimeter. You can also apply a privacy mask to a set perimeter to avoid recording footage in that region (i.e. a neighboring private lot).
With a built-in microphone and built-in speaker, your camera can listen AND broadcast alarms or custom audio clips. Set up a siren, play a voice recording, talk in real-time with visitors, or talk-down to intruders.
This camera has an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of 67. This means the camera is completely protected from dust and other solid particles. It can also withstand powerful streams of water jets from any direction, as well as withstand immersion in water 3.3 feet deep, for up to 30 minutes. This rating makes the camera suitable for outdoor installations in almost any climate.
